How Trackzone handles your personal data

Trackzone processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself.

If you choose Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address, a technical account identifier and, if available, your profile picture. With Apple, you can use a private relay email address.

We use this information to identify you, create or link your Trackzone account and make your bookings, tickets and orders available in that account. We store account information in our secured account database. We only share it to provide our services or meet legal obligations, as described below.

Any stored login-provider access tokens are encrypted and retained for the account connection and its revocation when you delete your account. We do not request access to your Gmail messages, Google contacts or Google Drive.

You can revoke Trackzone's access in your Google or Apple account. You can also delete your Trackzone account or contact info@trackzone.nl. The retention periods below apply to information we must retain by law, such as invoices.

Our website and services are not intended to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian.

We cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore recommend that parents stay involved in their children's online activities. If you believe we have collected personal data from a minor without permission, please contact us at info@trackzone.nl. We will delete that information.

Trackzone does not use automated decision-making.

Trackzone does not keep your personal data longer than strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

As a general retention period, we use 12 months, unless a longer period is necessary or legally required, for example for administration, invoices, tax obligations, disputes or security.

Trackzone only provides personal data to third parties when this is necessary to perform our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

Trackzone uses functional, analytical and tracking cookies. A cookie is a small text file stored in the browser of your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit this website.

Functional cookies help the website work properly and remember preferences. Analytical and tracking cookies help us optimise the website and, with your consent, tailor content and advertising to your interests.

On your first visit, we inform you about cookies and ask for consent where required. You can disable cookies through your browser settings and delete previously stored information.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You can also withdraw consent, object to processing and request data portability.

Send your request to info@trackzone.nl. To make sure the request was made by you, we may ask for a copy of your identity document. Please black out your photo, MRZ, passport number and national identification number. We respond as soon as possible and within four weeks at the latest.

Trackzone takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures against misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised changes.
